摘要
目的探讨护理干预对尼莫地平治疗老年高血压脑出血患者的治疗依从性及护理满意度的影响分析。方法随机选取2016年5月—2017年5月山东省潍坊市人民医院采用尼莫地平治疗的老年高血压脑出血患者100例,按患者就诊的先后顺序,将其分为对照组及观察组,各50例。对照组患者采取传统常规护理干预,观察组患者给予基础护理的同时,加强护理干预,比较两组患者临床治疗的依从性及护理满意度评分。结果观察组的患者的治疗依从性(98%)、护理满意度评分(96.52±2.63)分高于对照组患者的治疗依从性(68%),护理满意度评分(82.42±2.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对采用尼莫地平治疗的老年高血压脑出血患者加强护理干预,能有效地提升患者对疾病的认知程度,提升临床治疗的依从性,提升护理满意度评分,有利于构建和谐的护患关系,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To explore treatment adherence of the nursing intervention for the treatment of nim horizon in elderly patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage and to analysis the nursing satisfaction.Methods100elderly patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage randomly selected from May2016to May2017in Weifang City People's Hospital of Shandong Province Brain Branch adopted nim horizon treatment.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order,50cases in each group.Control group recevied routine nursing care.Observation group was give the nursing intervention more.Clinical treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction scores were contrasted and analysised in two groups.Results Treatment compliance(98%),nursing satisfaction score(96.52±2.63)in observation group were better than treatment compliance(68%)and nursing satisfaction score(82.42±2.24)in,control group through the data analysis,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Using nim horizon treatment in elderly patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage to strengthen nursing intervention can effectively improve cognition of disease,improve clinical treatment compliance,improve nursing satisfaction score.It can construct a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients and is worth popularizing in clinic.
