摘要
目的 探究厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪和美托洛尔联合治疗老年心力衰竭对临床疗效、心功能及安全性的影响。方法选取2016年7月~2017年7月收治的96例老年心力衰竭患者临床资料进行研究，将行厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪单独治疗者作为对照组（48例），于此基础上加以美托洛尔治疗者作为研究组（48例），比较2组临床疗效、心功能及不良反应。结果治疗3个月后，研究组治疗总有效率95.83%，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪及美托洛尔协同治疗可促进心力衰竭老年患者心功能改善且安全性高。
Objective To explore the effects of Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with Metoprolol on the clinical curative effect,cardiac function and safety in the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure.Methods The clinical data of96elderly patients with cardiac failure who had been seeking treatment in the hospital between July2016and July2017were analyzed retrospectively.The patients who had received Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide only were taken as the control group(n=48);the patients who had received Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide combined with Metoprolol for treatment as the study group(n=48).The clinical curative effects,cardiac function and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results3months after treatment,the total effective rate was95.83%in the study group,significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide combined with Metoprolol can improve the heart function and safety of elderly patients with heart failure.
