摘要
目的 分析超声诊断阑尾炎的效果。方法采用超声对我院96例疑诊阑尾炎患者进行检查，与手术及病理结果作比较。结果超声诊断阑尾炎的符合率为81.3%，诊断急性化脓性阑尾炎、急性单纯性阑尾炎、坏疽性及穿孔性阑尾炎、阑尾周围脓肿的符合率分别为90.0%、60.0%、75.0%、100.0%。结论超声诊断阑尾炎的实用价值较高，值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the diagnosis of appendicitis by ultrasound.Methods96cases of suspected appendicitis in our hospital were examined by ultrasound,and compared with the surgical and pathological findings.Results The coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis of appendicitis was81.3%.The coincidence rates of diagnosing acute suppurative appendicitis,acute simple appendicitis,gangrenous and perforation appendicitis and appendectomy were90.0%,60.0%,75.0%and100.0%respectively.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of appendicitis is of high practical value,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
