电池参数阈值采集和报警功能上位机设计

摘要 当电池电压和温度等参数超过阈值时,电池就有可能发生损坏,所以设计一款针对电池参数阈和报警信息显示的上位机系统尤为重要。本设计利用Lab VIEW软件和CAN通讯,将电池组最高最低电压、最高最低电流等参数阈值从电池管理系统中采集并显示在Lab VIEW界面上。上位机试验结果表明,本软件实现了电池阈值信息显示、故障诊断、异常报警及信息存储的功能。目前,上位机软件能够满足电动汽车读取电池阈值方面的应用需求。 When the battery voltage and temperature parameters exceed the threshold,the battery may be damaged.Therefore,it is particularly important to design a host computer system that displays battery parameter threshold and alarm information.The design uses LabVIEW software and CAN communication,the battery parameters threshold(maximum and minimum battery pack voltage,maximum and minimum current parameters)from the battery management system is captured and displayed in the LabVIEW interface.PC experimental results show that the software realizes the battery threshold information display,fault diagnosis,abnormal alarming and information storage function.At present,PC software can meet the application requirements of electric vehicles in reading battery thresholds.
