摘要
目的研究康复信念评分与乳腺癌根治术患者运动锻炼情况的关系及其影响因素的关系。方法选取从2015年2月~2017年2月,在本院进行诊治的乳腺癌患者120例作为观察对象。研究内容主要包括教育培训、问卷调查、体格检查等,其中问卷基于康复信念进行设计。分析不同基本资料患者的运动锻炼量差异,并进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果年龄、文化程度、个人年收入、疾病分期、工作状态以及治疗术式不同的乳腺癌患者,其运动锻炼量比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析可得,年龄、疾病分期、工作状态以及治疗术式均为影响乳腺癌患者运动锻炼的危险因素,而文化程度、个人年收入均是乳腺癌患者运动锻炼的保护因素。乳腺癌患者康复信念评分不同,其运动锻炼量也随着改变,经相关性分析可得,乳腺癌患者康复信念评分与运动锻炼量呈显著正相关(r=0.683,P=0.000)。结论年龄、文化程度、个人年收入、疾病分期、工作状态以及治疗术式均对乳腺癌患者运动锻炼有一定影响,且患者对康复信念评分与运动锻炼量呈显著正相关。
Objective To study relationship of rehabilitation belief score and cognition of exercise training and exercise behavior and its influencing factors in patients with radical operation of breast cancer.Methods Selected from February2015to February2017,120cases of breast cancer patients treated in our hospital as the observation object.Their physical examination and so on research content mainly includes the questionnaire,the questionnaire based on rehabilitation belief to carry on the design.Analysis of basic data in patients with different exercise quantity difference,and the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis.Results Age,culture level,personal income,disease stage,work status,and surgical treatment of different breast cancer patients,were significant difference of the amount of exercise,have statistical significance(P<0.05).After multiariable Logistic regression analysis,age,disease stage,working condition and treatment procedure are factors influence the risk of breast cancer patients to exercise,and the degree of culture,personal income was the protection factor in breast cancer patients exercise.Breast cancer patients'rehabilitation belief was different,the exercise amount also with change,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Exercise by correlation analysis,breast cancer patients'rehabilitation belief and exercise amount was significantly positively related to(r=0.683,P=0.000).Conclusion Age,culture level,personal income,disease stage,work status,and surgical treatment for patients with breast cancer have certain influence to exercise,and patients'rehabilitation belief and sports exercise amount was significantly positively related.
