摘要
建立高效液相色谱测定抗菌乳膏中三氯生的分析方法。以甲醇–水(90∶10)为萃取剂对样品中的待测物进行超声提取,上清液离心过滤后,经Hypersil ODS2 C18色谱柱分离,以甲醇–水(80∶20)为流动相,用紫外检测器测定,外标法定量。三氯生的质量浓度在10~110 mg/L范围内与色谱峰呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数(r2)为0.999 6,在3个不同加标水平下,加标回收率为93.0%~100.3%,测定结果的相对标准偏差在1.2%~9.1%(n=6)之间。该方法满足抗菌乳膏中三氯生快速检测的要求。
A method for the determination of triclosan in antibacterial cream by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.The analytes were ultrasonic extracted with methanol-water(90∶10),centrifuged and filtered,then separated by Hypersil ODS2 C18 column with methanol-water(80∶20)as mobile phase.The UV detector was used for the detection and the external standard method was used for quantitative determination.The concentration of triclosan was linear with chromatographic peak area in the range of 10-110 mg/L,the correlation coefficient(r2)was 0.999 6.Under three different standard levels,the recovery rates were 93.0%-100.3%,and the relative standard deviations of detection results was 1.2%-9.1%(n=6).This method can meet the requirement of rapid detection of triclosan in antibacterial cream.
