摘要
目的 :探讨子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术期间的护理干预效果。方法 :选取2014年6月—2017年6月收治的子宫内膜异位症患者72例,均行腹腔镜手术治疗。将患者分为对照组36例,给予常规护理;试验组36例,给予综合护理干预,评定两组治疗效果。结果 :干预后,试验组的SAS评分和SDS评分明显降低,分别为(24.6±3.7)分和(28.3±3.4)分,对照组分别为(27.6±2.9)分和(30.5±3.1)分,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。患者术后并发症发生率为5.6%(2/36),低于对照组的25.0%(9/36,P<0.05);护理满意率为97.2%(35/36),高于对照组的80.6%(29/36,P<0.05)。结论 :腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效确切,围术期实施综合护理干预能改善患者心理状态,减少术后并发症,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention during laparoscopic operation of endometriosis.Methods:Seventy-two patients with endometriosis admitted from June2014to June2017were selected and all patients underwent laparoscopic surgery.The patients were divided into a control group with36cases who were given routine nursing;an experimental group with36cases who were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After the intervention,the SAS score and the SDS score in the experimental group were significantly lower(24.6±3.7)and(28.3±3.4),respectively,and the control group was(27.6±2.9)and(30.5±3.1),respectively,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the experimental group was5.6%(2/36),which was lower than that of the control group(25%(9/36,P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of nursing of the experimental group was97.2%(35/36),which was higher than that of the control group(80.6%(29/36,P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery has accurate effect in the treatment of endometriosis,comprehensive nursing intervention during the perioperative period can improve the mental state of the patients to reduce the postoperative complications,and it is worthy of wide application.
