摘要
新媒体时代的公共文化生产传播呈现出一些新特点,这些新特点为非营利组织的参与创造了条件,再结合非营利组织参与公共文化生产传播的历史必然性和现实可能性,使得非营利组织又具体呈现出四个方面的参与特征,凸显了其参与公共文化生产传播的可行性。但非营利组织在实际参与过程中也遇到了制度保障和政策支持不足、整体实力较弱、复合型人才稀缺、资源压力大的问题,影响了非营利组织的参与能力。为解决这些问题,应运用新媒体技术创建有助于非营利组织参与公共文化生产传播的新媒体平台,并在该平台的基础上,创新非营利组织的参与路径,从而充分发挥非营利组织在公共文化生产传播上的功效。
The production and dissemination of public culture in the new mediaerashows some new characteristics,which create conditions for the participation of the non-profit organizations.Moreover,the historicalnecessity and realistic possibility for the non-profit organizations to participate in the production anddisseminationof public cultures reflect four characteristics,which highlightthe feasibility for their participation.However,the non-profit organizations are also confronted with problems during their participation,such as the insufficient institutional guarantee and policy support,the weak overall strength,theshort compound talents,the high pressure of resources,which hinder the participation of the non-profitorganizations.To solve these problems,new media technology shouldbe adopted to create anew platform,whichhelps to innovate theparticipationpathof thenon-profit organizations,thusgiving fullplay to the effect of the non-profit organizations on the production and dissemination of the public culture.
