摘要
目的研究分析冠心病心绞痛患者的临床中医治疗方式以及治疗效果。方法根据2013年4月—2014年10月我院接收的冠心病心绞痛患者来进行研究分析,为患者提供中医辩证治疗,对比分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗之前患者有23例心电图正常。经过治疗之后,有57例患者的心电图正常,有66例患者的心绞痛发作次数减少,54例使用硝酸酯类药物减少。治疗之后,患者心绞痛的发作次数降低,相比治疗之前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),心电图结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医治疗冠心病心绞痛具有显著的临床疗效。
Objective To study the clinical treatment and therapeutic effect of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.Methods From April2013to October2014,the coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris were analyzed,and TCM dialectical treatment for patients were provided.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment,there were23patients with normal electrocardiogram.After treatment,57patients had normal electrocardiogram,66patients had a decrease in angina pectoris,and54were treated with nitrates.After treatment,the number of episodes of angina pectoris decreased,which was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference of ECG results was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris has a significant clinical effect.
