摘要
以酚酞和邻甲酚酞为原料合成的cardo双酚单体和以反式1,4–环己烷二胺为原料合成的含有酰亚胺环的单体,通过芳香亲核取代反应合成了一系列cardo型半芳香聚酰亚胺(PI),并通过改变cardo双酚单体侧基的体积大小,研究了系列PI的溶解性、耐热性和光学性等性能。结果显示,该系列PI具有良好的热性能,其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)在270~316℃之间,在氮气中失重5%的热分解温度在401~434℃之间,失重10%的热分解温度在419~446℃之间,有较好的耐热稳定性;该系列PI在常规的有机溶剂中均具有良好的溶解性;该系列PI薄膜的紫外截止波长低于354 nm,在450 nm处的透过率大部分都在80%以上,表明该系列PI薄膜有较好的透明性。
A series of polyimides were prepared from the cardo bisphenol monomers which derived from phenolphthalein or o-cresolphthalein and the bis(fluorophthalimide)s which derived from trans-1,4-cyclohexanediamine by aromatic nucleophilic substitution,and the solubility,heat resistance and optical properties of these polymers were compared by changing the size of the pendant group of the diphenol.The results show that the glass-transition temperatures of polyimides are between270–316℃,and the series polyimides exhibit excellent thermal stabilities with the5%weight loss temperatures of401–434℃and the10%weight loss temperatures of419–446℃in nitrogen.The polyimides have excellent solubility in conventional organic solvent.The polymer films have good transparency with UV cutoff wavelengths of lower than354nm,and the transmittances are mostly over80%at450nm.
