摘要
甘肃省水利厅基于"互联网+"建立了"横向到工程、纵向到户"的农村饮水安全信息管理系统。从系统实现的关键技术、数据处理过程及取得的成果等方面阐述了基于大数据的甘肃省农村饮水安全信息管理系统开发研究过程。系统将全省486万户农村用水户信息与近万处集中式供水工程、42万处分散式工程一一对应,建立关联关系,真正实现了精准到户的大数据信息管理平台,为甘肃省饮水安全管理提供了强有力的数据支撑。
The Water Resources Department of Gansu Province developed a provincial information management systemfor rural safe drinking water provision based on野Internet+冶that covers both projects and households.The developmentprocesses of the system based on big data are introduced from the aspects of key technologies,data processing andoutcomes.The system helps to build the relationship between486ten thousand rural households and about tenthousands centralized water supply utilities and420,000decentralized water supply utilities.The big database that isaccurate to homes,has been created so as to provide a solid base to the management of safe drinking provision in the province.
