摘要
针对油气管道水合物堵塞造成的严重安全问题,在自行设计的管道式水合物分解实验装置上,研究了3种离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([BMIm]Cl)、1-丁基-3-甲基硝酸盐([BMIm][NO3])和1-丁基-3-甲基四氟硼酸盐([BMIm][BF4])对四氢呋喃(THF)水合物分解的促进作用。考察了在4.5℃下,不同质量浓度的离子液体对THF水合物分解速率的影响,并与不添加解堵剂的实验进行了对比。结果表明,离子液体作用下的水合物分解时间相比于纯水体系下的分解时间缩短了61.6%~86%,且能短时间内将水合物溶解为具有半流动性的浆液状态。[BMIm]Cl相对于其他两种离子液体效果更好。以离子液体作为水合物解堵剂经济高效,绿色环保。
In order to resolve the serious safety problems caused by the hydrate blockage in oil and gas pipelines,using the self-designed device of pipeline hydrate decomposition,the effects of three ionic liquids like[BMIm]Cl,[BMIm][NO3]and[BMIm][BF4]as hydrate block remover on stimulating the decomposition of THF hydrate were investigated.It explored the impacts of various concentrations ionic liquids on decomposition rate of THF hydrated under4.5℃.The obtained results were compared with no added plugging removal agent experiments.It is shown that the decomposition time in ionic liquids system is61.6%~86%shorter than that in deionized water,and also it can make the hydrate dissolved to slurry with semi-fluidity in a short time.Compared with the other two ionic liquids,[BMIm]Cl works best.Ionic liquids are efficient as well as economical and environmental friendly as a new plugging removal agent.
