摘要
合理的巷道支护是保障工作面高产高效生产的重要因素。本文以经坊庄子河煤业矿井3~#煤层综放工作面实际地质情况为背景,采用多种理论计算方式,对其顺槽支护参数进行优化设计,并进行现场监测,发现优化支护方案有效解决了该矿支护不当的问题,顶板下沉量较原方案减少了74%,巷道围岩得到较好的控制,为相似条件下回采巷道的支护设计提供一定的意见和借鉴价值。
Reasonable roadway support is the main factor to ensure high and efficient production of working face.In this paper,the author takes the actual geology of 3#coal seam of fully-mechanized caving face in Jingfang Zhuangzihe Coal Mine as the background,uses a variety of theoretical calculation comprehensive gateway to optimize its supporting parameters design,and by on-site monitoring,we found that optimization of the supporting scheme effectively solved the problem of improper supporting,and the roof subsidence decreased by 74%compared with the original plan,which gets a better control of roadway surrounding rock,provides some suggestions and reference for roadway support design under similar conditions.
