摘要
目的:探讨穴位埋线加小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用小针刀治疗,试验组采用穴位埋线加小针刀治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,试验组的疗效、疼痛评分和血清蛋白指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线加小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of catgut implantation at acupoint combined with small needle knife in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods:100 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with small needle knife,and the experimental group was treated by catgut implantation at acupoint combined with small needle knife.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the curative effect,pain score and serum protein index of the experimental group were obviously superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of catgut implantation at acupoint combined with small needle knife in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc was significant.
