摘要
目的:观察中医抚触护理干预在新生儿黄疸中的应用价值。方法:选取在本院2015年3月-2017年3月收治的86例黄疸患儿,按照不同的护理方案随机分组A组(应用中医抚触护理干预方法,43例)、B组(应用常规护理干预方法,43例)。采用SPSS20.0统计学软件进行统计学分析两组患儿的家属总满意率、干预前后胆红素指数、平均退黄时间。结果:(1)A组患儿家属总满意率显著高于B组(P<0.05);(2)干预前,两组患儿的胆红素指数比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,A组患儿胆红素指数显著低于B组(P<0.05);(3)A组平均退黄时间显著短于B组(P<0.05)。结论:中医抚触护理干预在新生儿黄疸中的应用价值显著。
Objective:To observe the application value of TCM touch nursing in treating neonatal jaundice.Methods:A total of86children with jaundice admitted to and treated in our hospital from March2015to March2017were randomly divided into group A(43patients,treated with Chinese medicine touch care intervention)and group B(43cases,treated with routine nursing intervention).SPSS20.0statistical software was used to analyze the total satisfaction rate in children,the bilirubin index before and after the intervention,the average time of jaundiceretreating.Results:①The total satisfaction rate of family members in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).②Before intervention,the bilirubin index in two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).After intervention,the bilirubin index in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).③The average jaundice withdrawal time of group A was significantly shorter than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of TCM touch nursing intervention was significant in treating neonatal jaundice.
