摘要
目的:分析研究老年甲状腺疾病应用中西医结合围手术期治疗的效果。方法:随机选取本院于2015年3月-2017年1月期间收治的80例老年甲状腺疾病患者,按照入院顺序分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组单纯接受手术治疗,观察组予中西医结合围手术期治疗,对比分析治疗效果。结果:两组患者手术均取得了成功,手术成功率为100%。对比两组患者并发症情况,观察组发生率显著低于对照组,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比住院时间,观察组显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年甲状腺疾病给予中西医结合围手术期治疗,疗效显著,具有推广价值。
Objective:To analyze the effect of the integrative medicine plus operation on elderly patients with thyroid diseases.Methods:80cases were divided into the observation group and control group,40cases in each group.The control group was treated by operation;the control group was treated in the integrative medicine.Results:The success rate was100%in groups.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine plus operation on elderly patients with thyroid diseases shows a remarkable curative effect,is worthy of popularization.
