摘要
目的构建适用于老年人群的能力筛查评估指标体系。方法 2016年4—6月,采用Delphi专家咨询法,经过对33位专家的3轮咨询确立了老年人能力筛查评估指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定指标的权重。结果 3轮专家咨询中,专家的判断系数为0.85,熟悉系数为0.89,权威系数为0.87。一、二级指标协调系数分别为0.692、0.563,P<0.05,专家咨询的协调程度较好。最终确立了老年人能力筛查评估指标体系,包括日常生活自理能力、认知能力评估、视听与沟通能力共3项一级指标和1项参考指标(相关疾病)、18项二级指标、24项三级指标。结论经检验,专家意见集中,结果科学、可靠,通过筛查可反映出老年人群的失能规模、失能程度以及区域分布,为制定相关养老政策提供了科学的参考依据。
Objective To develop an appropriate ability rating system for old people.Methods In this study,we used a three-round Delphi method involving 33 experts to build the ability rating system for old people between April and June 2016.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was applied to determine the weight coefficient of the index in the system.Results The coefficient of determination,familiar coefficient,and authority coefficient from the three-round Delphi expert consultation was 0.85,0.89,and 0.87,respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficients of the first-and second-level index were 0.692 and 0.563 respectively(P<0.05),indicating the degree of expert coordination was good.The final version of ability rating system for old people was developed,including 3 first-level indexes,18 second-level indexes and 24 third-level indexes.Conclusion Through the three rounds of consultation,experts reached a consensus about the content of ability rating system for old people,and the testing showed that this system is scientific and reliable.By using it,the range,degree,and distribution of disability in the old people can be assessed,which provides a scientific basis for the enacting and formulating of policies related to elderly care.
