摘要
目的:分析造血干细胞移植联合中医中药干预治疗恶性血液病46例的疗效。方法:选取46例恶性血液病患者纳入观察组,采取造血干细胞移植联合中医中药干预治疗。另选同期的38例恶性血液病患者纳入对照组,单纯采取造血干细胞移植治疗。结论:造血干细胞移植联合中医中药干预治疗恶性血液病可促进造血功能重建,对于减少不良反应发生、提高对预处理化疗的耐受性均具有积极作用。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation plus TCM medicine on46patients with hematologic malignancies.Methods:46patients in the control group were treated by hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;the observation group of38cases was treated with TCM medicine more.Conclusion:Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation plus TCM medicine on hematologic malignancies can promote hematopoietic reconstitution,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the tolerance of pretreatment chemotherapy.
