摘要
目的:研究桂附方治疗心衰病(阳气亏虚、血瘀水停证)的临床效果。方法:选取江津区中医院心病科2015年6月-2017年1月收治的80例心衰病(阳气亏虚、血瘀水停证)患者为研究对象,分为两组,两组均进行西医治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用参附汤合苓桂术甘汤治疗,观察组采用桂附方治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果:相对于治疗前,两组治疗后的NT-pro BNP水平、中医症状积分均显著降低,并且观察组显著低于对照组;观察组临床治疗总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的80.0%。结论:桂附方治疗心衰病(阳气亏虚、血瘀水停证)的临床效果显著,值得推广。
Objective:To study clinical effects of the Guifu prescription on heart failure(the Yangqi Kuixu Xueyu Shuiting symptom).Methods:80cases were enrolled in this study and divided into two groups.Both groups were treated in western medicine;on the basis,the control group was treated with the Shenfu decoction plus the Linggui Zhugan decoction;the observation group was treated with the Guifu prescription.Results:Compared with before treatment,NT-proBNP level and TCM symptom score in groups were all significantly lower,and in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The total efficiency in the observation group was97.5%,higher than80.0%in the control group.Conclusion:The Guifu prescription on heart failure(the Yangqi Kuixu Xueyu Shuiting symptom)showed remarkable effects,and is worth promoting.
