摘要
采用无线智能传感单元定期监测轧机减速机的振动变化趋势,利用其包络监测与包络谱分析功能,及时发现了轴承保持架磨损松动故障,避免了一起重大事故。
Adopting wireless intelligent sensors to regularly monitor the changing trend of vibration of the rolling mill reducer and using the envelope monitoring and envelope spec-trum analysis function has found out a wearing and loosing fault of the bearing frame on time,avoiding a heavy accident.
