摘要
根据2017年能源企业全球竞争力评估结果,在油气企业全球竞争力排名100强中,美国入选企业最多,为22家;中国居次席,为17家;俄罗斯第三,为10家;美中俄三国占据了油气企业100强中一半名额。伴随着中国成为世界上最大的原油进口国和第二大石油消费国,中国油气企业在全球的竞争力和影响力也不断上升。除了中东主要产油国的国家石油公司因资料不公开无法评估外,中国已逐渐形成与美俄的三足鼎立之势。相对国外油气企业,中国企业在成长和研发上表现较为突出,平均规模上与全球平均水平旗鼓相当,但在效率和安全方面有所不足。
Based on the results from evaluating global competitiveness of energy enterprises in2017,the United States takes the first place in the ranking of Top100Oil and Gas Companies in terms of global competitiveness because22American companies are included in the list.Next is China for17companies listed in the ranking.Russia is No.3for10companies.The United States,China and Russia make up a half of oil and gas companies in Top100.With China becoming the world's largest crude oil importer and second largest oil consumer,global competitiveness and influential power of the Chinese oil and gas enterprises are continually on the rise.A situation of tripartite confrontation is taking place among China,the United States and Russia,excluding the national oil companies in the main Middle Eastern oil-producing countries because the data are not available for evaluation.The Chinese enterprises have an outstanding performance in the R&D and growth areas as compared to their foreign counterparts.The average scale of the Chinese companies is equal to the world's average,but they are not as good as their foreign counterparts in terms of efficiency and safety.
