散射塔石灰石石膏法脱硫除尘系统超低排放改造及效果

摘要 兖矿国宏化工有限责任公司水汽车间配套建有两台130t/h和一台260t/h的高压循环流化床锅炉,其散射塔石灰石石膏法脱硫除尘系统,不符合环保局要求执行的超低排放标准要求,无法实现长周期运行,需对上述脱硫除尘系统进行升级改造,此文主要分析我公司散射塔石灰石石膏法脱硫除尘系统的改造和效果。 The water vapor workshop of Yanzhou Mining Guohong Chemical CO.,LTD.is equipped with two130t/h and one260t/h highpressure circulating fluidized bed boilers.The limestone gypsum desulfurization and dust removal system of the scattering tower does not meet the requirements of ultra-low emission standards required by the environmental protection bureau,and cannot realize long-period operation,so the desulfurization and dust removal system needs to be upgraded.This paper mainly analyzes the transformation and effect of limestone gypsum desulphurization and dust removal system in scattering tower of our company.
