摘要
结合鲁奇低温甲醇洗工艺在河南龙宇煤化工有限公司的运行经验,对煤制甲醇年产50万吨配套脱硫脱碳装置中尾气甲醇夹带损耗过大的现状问题进行优化改造,达到节能降耗;通过提出除沫器的改造方案,对尾气中夹带甲醇的设计中缺陷进行改造,取得了很好运行效果。
Combined with the operation experience of Lurgi low temperature methanol washing process in Henan longyu coal chemical co.,ltd.,this paper optimizes the present situation of excessive entrainment loss of tail gas methanol in a500,000ton annual production of coal-based methanol desulfurization and decarbonization unit to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.By putting forward the modification scheme of the demister,the defects in the design of methanol entrainment in the tail gas are modified,and good operation results are obtained.
