摘要
高校作为贫困大学生就业前受教育的最后一站,对贫困大学生的就业影响深远。以重庆市5所高校的贫困大学生为研究对象,在调查问卷的基础上,运用探索性因子分析法探究影响贫困大学生就业的高校影响因素。结果表明,就业指导、就业渠道、学历与专业知识及技能、专业设置、就业政策以及专业实习是影响贫困大学生就业的主要高校因素。在探究贫困大学生就业高校因素的基础上,从高校层面提出推动贫困大学生就业的对策建议,对于推动贫困大学生就业工作具有重要的借鉴意义。
As the last stop for poor college students before their employment,colleges and universities have a farreaching impact on the employment of poor college students.Taking the poor college students from five universities in Chongqing as the research object,on the basis of the questionnaires,using exploratory factor analysis,we explore the factors that affect the employment of poor university students.The results show that employment guidance,employment channels,academic and professional knowledge and skills,professional settings,employment policies,and professional internships are major university factors that affect the employment of poor college students.On the basis of exploring the factors in the employment of colleges and universities for underprivileged college students,the suggestions for pro原moting the employment of poor college students are proposed from the perspective of colleges and universities,which is of colleges and universities,which is
