摘要
火灾事故认定复核是公安消防机构火灾事故调查工作过程的重要程序,也是火灾事故调查工作中的重点、难点。从一起居民住宅较大亡人火灾复核案件入手,通过对火灾事故现场痕迹物证、询问笔录等方面进行详细分析,介绍了火灾事故调查复核过程及火灾事故重新认定过程,总结了此次火灾事故调查中的经验教训,提炼了几点调查体会。
The review of fire accident identification is an important procedure in the process of fire accident investigation in public security of fire department.It is also the important and difficult point in the investigation of fire accident.This article based on a larger residential fatality fire review case,through the detailed analysis of the trace evident,inquiry record of the fire accident scene,introduced the progress of the review of fire accident investigation and the reidentification of fire accident,summarized the experiences and lessons of this fire accident investigation and distilled some experience.
