摘要
采用20 L爆炸球装置开展了典型氢氟烃化合物(HFCs)对丙烷气体抑爆特性实验研究,得出爆炸压力、火焰传播速度的变化,分析不同H/F比例下氢氟烃的抑爆特性变化规律。实验起始压力为10~500 k Pa,实验温度为室温至200℃。实验结果表明:对于可燃气体丙烷,氢氟烃类抑爆剂微量加入初期导致最大爆炸压力升高,火焰传播速度加快,存在过压现象;随着H/F比例增大,五氟丙烷、五氟乙烷和七氟丙烷火焰传播速度抑制效果依次减弱,且最大爆炸压力来临时间相对缩短。
The explosion suppression properties of pure mixtures of propane(R290)and representative hydrofluorocarbons(HFCs)were studied by a20-L-Apparatus,and the change of explosion pressure,flame spread velocity was obtained.The suppression rule of HFCs under different H/F ratio was analyzed.The initial pressure of experiments was10~500kPa,and the experiments temperature was from room temperature to200℃.The results showed that for the flammable propane,a bit of HFCs explosion suppressant agents added to propane-air systems can enhance the maximum explosion overpressure and flame propagation speed.In other words,overpressure phenomenon occurred.With the increasing scale of H/F,there is a decrease in the suppressed flame propagation speed,by CF3CH2CHF2(HFC-245fa),CHF2CF3(HFC-125)and CF3CHFCF3(HFC-227ea)in turn,and the time of maximum explosion overpressure is shorter.
