摘要
借助空气幕火旋风实验平台开展了开放环境下火旋风火焰温度变化规律的研究。利用热电偶阵列测量了不同高度和不同油盘直径下的火旋风径向温度,发现开放环境下的火旋风径向温度分布在较低位置处符合双峰型分布,表明富燃区的存在;随着高度的增加,径向温度由双峰型分布逐渐向高斯分布转变,表明火焰内富燃区逐渐消失。利用双热电偶测温方法,对火焰中心轴线上的温度进行了修正。根据火旋风火焰径向温度分布的特点,估算了火焰表面温度随高度的变化情况。
The change rule of the fire whirl flame temperature in the open field was investigated through experiments using a fire whirl facility made up of an air curtain apparatus.The radial flame temperature of fire whirl in different heights and different pool sizes was measured by thermocouple array.It was found that,the radial flame temperature profile at the lower flame position is a humptype profile,suggesting the existence of the fuel rich region in fire whirl,and with the increase of flame height,the radial temperature changes from hump-type profile to Gauss distribution,implying the fuel rich region is gradually disappearing.Using double thermocouple method,the flame temperature in the centerline was corrected.According to the radial temperature profiles the variation offlame surface temperature with normalized height was estimated.
