摘要
目的分析研究糖尿病患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的护理方式。方法选择2016年1月—2017年9月该院收治的行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的84例糖尿病患者,根据入院顺序,将其分为2组。其中,对照组,42例,给予常规护理,研究组,42例,给予围手术期护理,比较护理效果,统计并发症情况(如胆漏、出血、高碳血症),记录住院时间,并调查护理满意度。结果关于并发症,研究组有2例出现并发症,发生率为4.8%,对照组7例出现并发症,发生率为16.7%,经比较,研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.379,P<0.01)。同时,比较住院时间及护理满意度,研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病患者,腹腔镜胆囊切除术中,实施围手术期护理干预措施,可取得满意效果。
Objective To analyze and research the nursing method of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in diabetes patients.Methods84cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy treated from January2016to September2017in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission order with42cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing,while the research group used the nursing during the preoperative period,and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Statistical complications(such as bile leakage,bleeding,hypercapnia),records of hospitalization,and investigation of nursing satisfaction.Results About complications,there were2cases of complications in the study group,the incidence rate was4.8%,and7cases in the control group had complications,the incidence was16.7%.After comparison,the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.379,P<0.01).At the same time,the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01)compared with the time of hospitalization and the satisfaction of nursing.Conclusion The nursing intervention measures during the perioperative period in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy in diabetes patients can obtain a satisfactory effect.
