摘要
目的研究并分析2型糖尿病患者的生活质量及相关的影响因素。方法 2016年6月—2017年6月收治的收集2型糖尿病患者120例作为观察组,另收集健康体检者120名作为对照组,对其生活质量评分进行对比。结果相较于对照组,观察组的生活质量评分更低(P<0.05)。病程、并发症、负性情绪是影响2型糖尿病患者生活质量的主要因素。结论 2型糖尿病会对患者的生活质量造成较大影响,患者的病程越长、并发症越多、负性情绪越严重,对其生活质量的影响越大。
Objective To research and analyze the life and influence factors of type2diabetes patients.Methods120cases of type2diabetes from June2016to June2017were selected as the observation group,while120cases of healthy physical examination were selected as the control group,and the quality of life was compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the disease course,complications and negative emotion were the major influence factors of quality of life of type2diabetes patients.Conclusion The type2patients has a big effect on the quality of life of patients,with the longer the disease course,the more the complications and more serious the negative emotion,the effect on the quality of life is bigger.
