摘要
随着科技的快速发展,手机正在以无比迅猛的速度改变着人们的生活、学习方式,手机能给人们的生活带来很多便利,但也同时带来了许多弊端。在大学生中,拥有手机的比例相当高,对手机也存在着不同程度的依赖。为了解大学生手机依赖症发生的现状、产生的原因及与社交障碍之间的关系,文通过查找文献搜集关于大学生人际交往效能感与手机依赖的资料,结合国内外学者的研究结果,总结人际交往效能感、手机依赖的概念、结构、测量方法及相关研究,并同时探讨三者之间的关系,为大学生手机依赖的预防和矫正提供新观点,促进大学生的心身健康。
With the rapid development of science and technology,mobile phones are at very fast speed changing people's life and study way,mobile phones can bring a lot of convenience to people's life,but also brought a lot of disadvantages.Among college students,the proportion of mobile phones is quite high,and there are different degrees of dependence on mobile phones.To understand the current situation of college students'mobile phone addiction occurs,causes,and the relationship between social barriers,wen by looking up the literature about self-efficacy of college students'interpersonal communication with mobile phone rely on information,combined with the research results of scholars at home and abroad,summarize their interpersonal self-efficacy,mobile phones,rely on the concept,structure,measuring method and related research,and discusses the relations between and among the same time,for the prevention of college students'mobile phone rely on and rectify provides new ideas,to promote college students'psychosomatic health.
