摘要
"本科导师制"是不同于研究生导师制的针对本科生培养的一种教学模式,就是为学生大学本科学习期间,为其配备专业导师,通过教师对学生的言传身教和个别指导,形成教学互动的良性机制,促进学校的人才培养和全面工作,笔者在物联网工程专业培养过程中初步应用了这种教学模式,力求培养学生的学习能力及实践创新性,探索应用型工科培养模式改革途径。实践证明,学生不仅全部完成相关理论知识及实践课程的学习,同时学习积极性和应用实践能力有了很大提高,效果良好。
"Undergraduate tutorial system"is different from the graduate tutor system for undergraduate students to develop a kind of teaching mode,is for the student during the undergraduate study,for it is equipped with professional instructors,by the teacher to student's precept and individual guidance,to form a good mechanism of interactive teaching,promote the cultivation of talents and comprehensive work of the school,the author in the process of the Internet of things engineering training preliminary application of the teaching mode,to cultivate students'innovative ability to learn and practice,explore ways to practice-oriented training mode reform.The practice proves that students not only complete the relevant theoretical knowledge and practical courses,but also improve their enthusiasm and practical ability.
