摘要
加强真实性合规性审核,防范跨境资本流动风险,服务实体经济和贸易投资便利,不仅是货物贸易外汇管理的核心内容,更是践行改革理念的具体落实。本文通过对三方贸易的分析,进一步拓宽了货物贸易非现场监测的视角,完善了对交易单证审核的政策理解,为进一步增强外汇管理非现场监测和现场核查提供参考和借鉴。
It is not only the core content of goods trade foreign exchange administration but also the implementation of the concept of the foreign exchange administration reform to strengthen the verification of authenticity and compliance,prevent the risk of cross-border capital flows,serve the real economy and facilitate the trade and investment.By analyzing the trilateral trade,the paper further expands the perspective of the off-site monitoring on the goods trade,improves the understanding on policies of the verification on transaction documents,which provides the reference for further enhancing the off-site monitoring and on-site verification of foreign exchange administration.
