摘要
当前地方政府制度执行力不良已为领导和媒体所诟病。政府制度执行力不良与执行元机制密切相关。良好的执行元机制,可以规范政府制度执行行为,约束执行主体的执行行为,从而提升制度执行力。相反,不良的执行元机制,则有可能导致政府执行行为的偏差与缺失,从而削弱政府制度执行力。
The weak institution executive power of the local government has been criticized by the leader and the media.There has close relationship between the Government Institution power and the basic executive mechanism.High quality executive basic mechanism can obvious promote the government institution power,on the contrary,unhealthy basic executive mechanism can reduce the government institution power.
