摘要
很多实际设计项目在设计中的工作步骤都是先进行调查研究,然后确定设计任务,然后设计方案,完善方案,最后施工,往往项目建成之后设计师就不会再回到基地进行科学客观的使用后评价,导致这种使用者的感受不能适当的反馈给设计师或者甲方,而如果这种设计师完成项目后进行客观的使用后空间评价的习惯可以在设计界普及开来,从而用批判的眼光来审视原有设计存在的问题并且进行改建,才是对使用者真正的重视和关怀。本文选取沈阳市图书馆广场为主要研究对象,从主观调研者和客观使用者的角度出发,应用环境行为学知识,对经过设计并正在被使用的公共开放空间进行充分的调研、数据收集及整理和系统的评价,并发现问题,以进一步提出对设计及服务的改进建议。
Many practical design projects in the design of the work,the first step is to study,and then to determine the design task,to design and perfect the scheme,and the final is to construct.Often after the completion of the project,the designer will not return to base to do scientific post occupancy evaluation,so the users feel can not appropriately returned to the designer.If the post occupancy evaluation can be popularized in the design area after the completion of the project,the designer can examine the existing problems of the original design and rebuild it from a critical perspective,which is the true attention and care to user.This article selects municipal library square in Shenyang,Liaoning as the main research object,investigates and evaluates the designed and used public open space,finds the problems and puts forward the improvement suggestions on design and service.
