摘要
中共十九大报告涉台部分,系统论述了两岸关系和平发展与和平统一、祖国完全统一与中华民族伟大复兴的辩证统一关系,在保持对"台独""零容忍"之高压态势的同时,也明确表达了为台湾同胞谋福祉的真诚愿望和善意、诚意,充分体现了以习近平同志为核心的党中央在进入中国特色社会主义新时代以后"在实现中华民族伟大复兴进程中完成台湾的和平统一"的战略自信、战略胆识、战略担当和战略定力,是对两岸关系和平发展道路开辟以来尤其是中共十八大以来五年间中国共产党对台工作的历史经验和现实启示的高度概括和全面总结,是指导新时代"继续坚持‘和平统一、一国两制’方针,推动两岸关系和平发展,推进祖国和平统一进程"的纲领性指导文献和行动指南。
In the report to the 19 th CPC National Congress, Taiwan-related issues were systematically and firmly elaborated. The necessities of promoting peaceful development cross-Strait and China's peaceful reunification, especially the dialectical relation between the reunification of the motherland and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, are clearly stated. It is an effort to reinforce the government's "zero tolerance" to "Taiwan independence" while expressing explicitly the sincerity and best intentions to work for the common good and well-being of Taiwan's people. With Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, the CPC Central Committee has presented to the world a strategic confidence, courage, insight, responsibility and composure. The leading party is determined, in this new era of socialism with Chinese characteristic, to fulfil the mission of "peaceful reunification with Taiwan in the process of pursuing the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation." The report is an explicit and comprehensive summary of the historical experiences and practical inspirations of CPC's work on Taiwan issues ever since the government initiated a special effort to maintain the peaceful growth of relations between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, especially in the past five years after the CPC's 18 th National Congress. The statements in this report shall be the guiding literature and call to action to direct work on Taiwan-related issues, ensuring the consistency and continuity of the principle of "peaceful reunification" and "one country, two systems" so that the work may help promote the peaceful development of Cross-strait relations and the process of "peaceful reunification" in this new era.
