摘要
目的观察负压密闭引流(VSD)技术配合护理干预对开放性骨折及软组织感染的预防效果。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月在我院治疗的92例开放性骨折患者作为研究对象,运用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各46例。给予对照组临床常规清创处理,并行常规护理措施。观察组采取VSD技术配合护理干预。观察两组创面恢复效果、软组织感染情况及临床相关指标。结果观察组创面恢复总有效率、软组织感染发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间与骨性愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VSD技术配合护理干预有助于提升开放性骨折的治疗效果,降低软组织感染发生率,加速骨折愈合,临床普及价值高。
Objective To observe the preventive effects of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with nursing intervention on open fracture and soft tissue infection.Methods A total of92patients with open fracture treated in our hospital from January2016to December2016were selected,and were divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=46)by random number table.The control group was given routine debridement and nursing,while the observationgroup was given VSD combined with nursing intervention.The wound recovery,soft tissue infection and clinical indexes of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of wound recovery and the incidence of soft tissue infection in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the hospital stay and bony healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion VSD combined with nursing intervention can improve the curative effects of open fracture,decrease the incidence of soft tissue infection,accelerate the healing of fracture,which has high clinical promotional value.
