摘要
通过研究集装箱船的装箱精度要求,推算出埋入式箱脚的安装极限公差。在保证安装精度的前提下,将集装箱船埋入式箱脚的安装由常规的在船体合拢之后安装前移至在分段建造阶段安装。通过优化分段建造方法及总组、合拢形式,确保船体成型之后满足集装箱的装箱精度要求。经实船验证,将埋入式箱脚的安装阶段前移不仅能减少合拢阶段的油漆破损量及后续油漆修补的工作量,还可缩短船台(坞)使用周期,为船厂提高经济效益。
The limit installation tolerance for the flush iso foundation is derived through the study on the container loading precision requirements for containerships.To guarantee precision,the installation of the container flush iso foundation is shifted ahead to the section construction stage instead of the conventional procedure after hull closure.Asthe section construction method and the block closure form are optimized,the loading precision of the containers can be realized when hull construction is accomplished.Full-scale trial proved that the container flush iso foundation installation moves ahead can not only reduce the paint damage during block closure and the subsequent work of paint repair,but also shorten the berth(dock)cycle,and thus increasing the benefits of shipyards.
