摘要
根据最新版《OCIMF系泊设备导则》对系泊力计算的要求,液化气船和油船的系泊缆绳不再根据计算舾装数来选择,而是根据石油公司国际海事论坛(OCIMF)的系泊力计算结果来选择,标准比原来提高很多,计算过程也相对复杂和烦琐。根据该导则对系泊力计算的要求,用VB.Net语言编程对系泊力进行评估。采用计算机软件程序进行计算不仅可节省大量计算时间,提高计算准确性,降低人为工作失误率,而且能方便地进行多方案比较,进而做出最优选择,对节省造船成本和提高工作效率具有一定意义。
According to the mooring force calculation requirements of the latest edition of OCIMF Mooring Equipment Guideline,selection of mooring lines for liquefied gas carriers and tankers is no longer based on the quantity of outfitting,but complied with the results of Oil Companies International Marine Forum(OCIMF)mooring force calculation.The standard is increased a lot,and the calculation process becomes relatively complex and cumbersome.This paper evaluates the mooring forces with VB.Net programming language according to the latest edition of the OCIMF Guidelines.Computer software program is developed to save computing time,improve calculation accuracy,reduce human error,and carry out multi-scheme comparison to make the best choice.The study is of great significance to reduce the cost of shipbuilding and to improve work efficiency.
