Objective To study the effect of combined nursing intervention on the quality of life of the patients with larynx cancer after operation. Methods From October2015to October2017,84cases of larynx cancer patients received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the experimental group(n=42)and the reference group(n=42)by the drawing method. The nursing program used in the reference group was routine care.In the experimental group, the combination of self-efficacy and self-care interventionw as used. The incidence of postoperative dystrophy and quality of life(QOL)were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of malnutrition in the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(4.76%<23.81%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were(62.5±6.3)points and(88.1±4.0)points before and after nursing respectively. The reference group was(61.6±6.5)points and(72.3±4.5)points respectively. The improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination nursing intervention program of self efficacy and self-care for laryngeal cancer patients has a positive effect on preventing postoperative malnutrition and improving the quality of life.
