摘要
大学生基层就业补偿既是鼓励大学生到基层就业的客观需要,也是弥补基层就业大学生的高等教育收益差距,认可基层就业大学生所作奉献和体现社会公平正义的必然要求。教育成本收益理论、公平正义理论和奉献报偿理论为大学生基层就业补偿提供理论依据,而学费补偿、助学贷款代偿政策开创了大学生基层就业补偿的实践模式。
The compensation for college students' grass-roots employment is not only the objective need to encourage college students to work in grass-roots,but also the inevitable requirement to make up the gap of higher education yields,recognize the grass-roots employment college students' dedication,and reflectsocial equity and justice. The theories ofeducation cost and benefit,fairness and justice,dedication and reward have provided a theoretical basis for the compensation for college students ' grass-roots employment. The tuition compensation and student loan compensation policy have created a practical model of the compensation for college students' grass-roots employment.
