摘要
目的:探索双相正压气道通气呼吸机(Bi PAP)治疗急性心力衰竭的效果。方法:回顾性分析急性心力衰竭69例患者临床资料,根据治疗方法进行分组,对照组33例患者患者给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组36例患者在此基础上加用Bi PAP治疗,对比两组患者的心功能指标值等指标值。结果:观察组患者治疗5 d时的LVEF明显高于对照组,且LVEDd低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗1 h时的Pa CO2水平低于对照组,且Pa O2水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的心血管事件发生率5.56%低于对照组的24.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双相正压气道通气呼吸机用于急性心力衰竭治疗中有助于提高抢救治疗效果,改善患者的心功能,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of biphasic positive airway pressure ventilation(BiPAP)in the treatment of acute heart failure.Method The clinical data of69patients with acute heart failure were retrospectively analyzed,33patients in the control group were treated with conventional anti heart failure therapy,and36patients in the observation group were treated with on the basis of the treatment methods,and the patients in the observation group were treated with BiPAP,The cardiac function index values of the two groups were compared.Results The LVEF of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in the treatment of5d,and LVEDd was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistieally significant(P<0.05);The level of PaCO2in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at1h,and the level of PaO2was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of cardioascular events in the observed group was5.56%,which was lower than24.24%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of biphasic positive airway pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute heart failure is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect and improve the cardiac function of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
