摘要
以板材拉伸机应用为例,介绍了一种液压同步复合控制系统,该系统具有动态响应快、同步精度高和可靠性高。利用AMEsim仿真软件对同步复合控制系统建模和仿真,模拟分析系统现实工况的运行,通过仿真分析可弥补经验上的欠缺,对今后的工程项目应用设计中具有一定的指导意义。
Taking the application of sheet metal stretching machine as an example,a hydraulic synchronous compound control system is introduced. The system has the advantages of fast dynamic response,high synchronization precision and high reliability. Using AMEsim simulation software to build model for the synchronous compound control system,then simulate and analysis the system operation under the real conditions,through the simulation analysis,it can make up for the lack of experience and give a certain guiding significance for the project application design in future.
