摘要
笔者指出高职学生顶岗实习既是国家教育政策的规定,又是通过实践证明能够有效提高学生技能的重要路径,为了解决高职学生顶岗实习传统管理模式中存在的问题,分别阐述了以线性管理模式为代表的传统管理模式和以交互式管理模式为代表的改进管理模式,分析了传统管理模式存在的不足和改进管理模式的主要特征,介绍了高职学生顶岗实习信息化管理平台的设计思路和运行效果,指出高职学生顶岗实习管理模式应该与时俱进,以提升学生技能水平、提高学校教育水平、改善企业人才素质。
Post practice of higher vocational students is the national education policy and an important path to improve the skills of students.In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional management mode of post practice,this paper expounds the traditional management mode represented by linear management and the improved management mode represented by interactive management,analyses the shortcomings of traditional management mode and the main features of improved management mode.It introduces the design idea and operation effect of the informationization management platform of post practice,points out that the management mode of post practice for higher vocational students should keep pace with the times to improve the operation skills of students,the management level of schools and the personnel quality of enterprises.
