摘要
椎管内肿瘤是神经外科临床常见肿瘤之一,有较多的临床病理分型,外科切除肿瘤是其首选的治疗方法。近年来椎管内肿瘤切除和对神经功能保护的技术日渐成熟,术后对脊柱结构稳定性的保护与重建成为医生们倍受关注的焦点。本文将椎管内肿瘤与脊柱稳定性的相关影响因素进行归纳总结,展开综述如下。
Intraspinal tumor is one of clinical common tumors in Department of Neurosurgery,with many clinical pathological types.Preferred treatment is surgical removal of the tumor.In recent years,technologies of neurosurgeons for intraspinal tumor resection and neuroprotective are maturing.Postoperative protection and reconstruction of spinal structural stability has become the focus of attention.This article summarizes the relevant factors of intraspinal tumor and spinal stability.
