摘要
导光板在LED照明质量中起着重要的作用,为了促进导光板的发展,我们进行了一系列的复合导光板实验。该实验旨在获得导光板、扩散板、反光板、荧光粉一体化的新型复合导光板。使用LED蓝光芯片侧面进光,激发复合导光板中的黄色银光粉发射出的白光。实验经过对翻转时间、荧光粉浓度、热固温度、加热时间的变化来测试荧光粉在材料中分布的均匀度。结果显示:4分钟时进行翻转、80℃热固化、加热1小时荧光粉的分布最均匀,光效最高。并把得到的复合导光板材料在LED平板灯中进行了设计应用。
Light guide plate in the LED lighting quality plays an important role.In order to promote the development of light guide plate,we carried out a series of composite light guide plate experiment.The experiment aims to obtain a new composite light guide plate integrated with a light guide plate,a diffusion plate,a reflector,and a phosphor.LED blue chip is used with light entering from the side to stimulate the yellow silver powder in the composite light guide plate to emit white light.The uniformity of the distribution of the phosphor in the material was tested by changing the flipping time,the phosphor concentration,the thermosetting temperature and the heating time.The results show that flipping after4minutes,with80degrees heat curing,and heating1hour will bring the most uniform distribution of phosphor and the highest luminous efficiency.The composite light guide plate material was then applied in the LED plate lights design.
