汽车冲压模具智能化清洗设备的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在分析汽车冲压行业现状的基础上,介绍了我国汽车冲压模具清洗技术的发展和应用现状。针对汽车冲压模具尺寸大、工作型面复杂、冲压设备工作节拍快、模具和覆盖件表面清洗工艺复杂等特点,要求清洗设备不但需要自动控制而且还需要对设备运行中的数据进行智能反馈等技术环节,进一步提出了汽车冲压模具的多功能化与智能化清洗设备的研制思路。 Based on the analyzing current situation of automobile stamping industry,the development and application of cleaning technology for automobile stamping mould has been introduced.According to the characteristics of automobile stamping such as the large size of stamping mould,complex structure of working surface,fast work of stamping equipment,complicated cleaning process of mould and covering surface,many technology not only automatic control but also intelligent feedback of data on equipment operating are need.Future,we propose the research idea of multi function and intelligent cleaning equipment for automobile stamping mould.
