摘要
为预防出生缺陷,降低出生缺陷率,提高优生率,提高出生人口素质,阐述育龄期妇女孕前及孕期健康教育的重要性及其必要性,加强孕前及孕期健康教育。通过相关健康教育促进孕期保健,实现优生的研究作为论据,证实了孕前及孕期健康教育可降低育龄期妇女孕前至整个孕期出现的危险因素,保证胚胎安全着床,避免发生流产或因受到外界影响而发育异常。
