摘要
本文分析了霍布斯自然状态的前提及历史背景,自然律产生的原因及自然法的弊端,社会契约的产生、特点以及公共权力-国家的产生,通过这一逻辑顺序来更好地理解霍布斯自然状态这一政治概念。并通过了解霍布斯"丛林原则"的含义、现状,反思这一现象,思考霍布斯的思想对当代社会的启示。
In this paper,through the analysis of the premise and historical background of Hobbes's thought of natural state,the reasons of the emergence and malpractices of the natural law,the emergence and features of social contract and the emergence of public power-state,the writer intends to let the readers better understand Hobbes's thought of natural state through the above logical order.Through the understanding of the meaning and status quo of Hobbes's"the law of the jungle",this paper reflects on this phenomenon and considers the enlightenment of Hobbes's thought to contemporary society.
