摘要
减压阀出口压力的稳定性是实现双燃料发动机天然气流量稳定供给的基础。基于某款CNG双级减压阀的结构及工作原理,应用AMESim数值仿真软件构建减压阀各个腔体仿真分析模型,研究减压阀压力流量特性及其动态特性;通过构建的减压阀工作测试平台,对比试验验证了仿真模型的正确性;通过改变仿真模型中各个参数的数值,研究各结构参数对减压阀动态特性的影响规律,为该减压阀的结构设计和参数优化提供理论。
The stability of regulator’s outlet pressure provides the basis for the stable supply of natural gas flow in a diesel natural gas dual fuel engine.According to the structure and working principle of a CNG regulator,a simulation model of each cavity of the regulator is launched by AMESim software.Next,the static characteristic and dynamic characteristics of the regulator are studied.Based on the test platform built,comparative experiments are done to verify the correctness of the simulation model.Finally,the discovery of respective influence of the structural parameters on dynamic characteristics of the regulator provieds the beneficial help on design and optimization for the regulator.
