摘要
通过单因素法和正交实验法对以硝酸锶和硝酸钾为氧化剂的热气溶胶灭火剂配方迚行优化设计,幵对气溶胶灭火収生装置迚行了改迚性研究。以灭火时间、灭火效能作为考核指标,获得了此热气溶胶灭火剂的最佳配方为48%氧化剂(m(Sr_(NO_3)_2):m(KNO_3)=2.5:1)、43%可燃剂(自制KLJ,以胺化合物为主的复合型)、5.0%散热降温剂(超细硼酸改性配方)、2.50%燃速调节剂,最佳配方的实验结果表明其灭火效能和灭火时间分别为81.03 g·m^(-3)和12.8s。
By single factor method and orthogonal experiment method,the formula of aerosol fire extinguishing agent using strontium nitrate and potassium nitrate as the oxidant was improved,and the fire extinguishing device was optimized.By using extinguishing time and extinguishing efficiency as assessment indicators,the best aerosol fire extinguishing agent formula was obtained,which contains oxidizing agent(m(Sr(NO3)2)∶m(KNO3)=2.5∶1)of48%,combustible agent(self-made compound with amine)of43%,cooling agent(superfine borate modified formula)of5%,the burning rate modifier of2.50%.The experiment results of the best formula showed that the fire extinguishing efficiency and extinguishing time were81.03g·m-3and12.8srespectively.
